Refund policy

Refund Policy -No returns/exchanges/cancellations unless I am at fault: such as, wrong size, etc. as all items in the shop are made to order.

Shipping Policy - Shipping turnaround time is 10-15 business days; depending on if the item is custom or not. This does not include weekends and holidays. All shipping is done through USPS or UPS.

Shipping times aren't the same as the processing order time frame. Items like bleached shirts and custom photo shirts can take up to 10-15 business days to process before shipping.


No exchanges or returns are accepted on t-shirts, tumblers, earrings, etc. from RUSTIC ROSE CREATIONS. Once your order is placed, we do not cancel orders so please make sure you are 100% wanting your items before placing your order. If you need an item by a certain time, please email me at rustic.rose.creations@outlook.com before placing the order.


If your purchase arrives damaged or the items are inaccurate, please send me an email to rustic.rose.creations@outlook.com within 3 days for further instructions. Based on the issue this will then go under review and under our discretion a determination if a store credit will be given along with instructions for the return of original items if damaged. If the items are inaccurate from the items ordered on your invoice/packing slip instructions will be given for the next steps of the return process. 


We are not responsible for packages once they have been dropped off with USPS or UPS. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the shipping company to file a claim. We will not refund, remake, or credit your account for any order lost or damaged by USPS or UPS.


Orders are sent to the shipping address entered on the order form. Make sure the address you entered is complete and accurate. RUSTIC ROSE CREATIONS is not responsible for packages that are non-delivered due to incorrect shipping addresses. If returned the buyer must repay shipping to have it shipped again.
